To keep your cowboy boots looking their best, clean them regularly with a soft brush or damp cloth to remove dirt. Apply a quality leather conditioner every few months to prevent cracking and maintain suppleness. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and use boot trees to help maintain their shape.

Measure your foot length and width while standing. Cowboy boots fit differently than regular shoes—they should feel snug at first but will stretch and mold to your feet over time. We recommend ordering your normal shoe size, but if you're between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit. Check our size guide for detailed measurements.

Our cowboy boots are crafted from premium genuine leather and select exotic leathers, including ostrich, alligator, and python. Each pair is handmade using traditional western craftsmanship techniques, ensuring durability, comfort, and authentic style that lasts for years.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Contact support@westsidebootandshoe.com to initiate a return. Return address: 12507 E Mississippi Ave Unit 502, Aurora, CO 80012. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We offer free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states, with delivery in 5–8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. We currently do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@westsidebootandshoe.com with photos and your order number. For lost packages, please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
