Free Shipping on Every Order — Always.

Thank you for shopping at John's Shoe Repair! We're proud to offer free shipping on all orders across the United States.

⏰ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

🚚 Delivery Time

All orders ship with free standard shipping and typically arrive within 5–8 business days after processing.

📌 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package on the carrier's website.

🌎 Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time, and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Issues with your order?

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
