Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at John's Shoe Repair! We offer free shipping on all orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

All orders are shipped with free standard shipping and typically arrive within 5–8 business days after processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@westsidebootandshoe.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
